Stage 2 checklist
GOAL: Provide temporary housing while identifying workforce and housing solutions. Support clients in progressing toward their initial goals through early case management with the Shelter Case Manager.
CTI Phase 2: Initiate Linkages: Intensive support, home visits, goal identification (housing, mental health, employment), and service connections.
